Good week of running/riding this week. I feel like I'm getting in better shape although the endurance still needs to improve. My knee is really starting to feel better. Good night last night. I stretched out my knee, put a brace on to keep it warm, and went for a run. The only discomfort was the stiffness of the knee but no stabbing pain like before. I think coming to the realization that I'm not 21 anymore may do the trick. It'll just take a little time to get it warm and ready before jumping onto the pavement.One concern is that I still have this stupid limp.

I show to the doctor this morning and check in. It turns out that they scheduled me for the wrong doctor and my surgeon is three weeks out. Great! I jumped into the pool this morning for the first time since last July. It felt great. The new Bountiful Rec complex is nice although it now costs me $5 for 30 minutes in the pool. The week started off positive but slipped off at the end. The kids have been a little sick so putting them in the stroller behind my bike wasn't an option. The stroller has a flat tire so that wasn't an option any way.I'm waiting for the weather to warm a little bit so that I can get out in the morning.
